Karen Muscatell

Karen Muscatell is the founder of Veritas HR Consulting. Karen has been in Human Resources for 5 years. She is credentialed in Human Resources through SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management). She has also earned certification in workplace investigations through SHRM.

In addition to her HR background, Karen is a Christian who has served in ministry for more than 30 years and is an ordained minister with the Abundant Life Ministerial Association. Her experience in both human resources and ministry has given her a deep understanding of the unique challenges churches, ministries, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations face, as well as the impact that both healthy and unhealthy leadership can have on individuals and organizational culture. These experiences have fueled her passion for helping leaders and organizations operate with integrity, accountability, and excellence while keeping people at the center of their mission.

Through Veritas HR Consulting, Karen provides workplace investigations, employee relations support, conflict resolution, policy development, leadership coaching, HR compliance guidance, and organizational consulting for churches, ministries, small businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations. Her goal is to help leaders build healthy, effective workplaces and ministry environments where people feel valued, concerns are addressed fairly, and organizations can thrive.
